I have a push mower with a tecumseh 3.8hp engine. It will run setting still, but when moved it stalls. HELP!?

I just changed the oil. It did the same thing last year. I was about to put it out for garbage and decided to try it again and it worked with no problems. Does it have a low oil sensor or something like that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Answers:
More then likely no on the oil sensor.... tecumsehs are stubborn s.o.b's.... more then likely it needs a carb rebuild. (carb kit, tear it apart, soak it for a few hours in carb cleaner, and blow it out with compressed air through any and all holes you can find good)
