What causes water to form in the bottom of my fridge?

Answers:
When you say "... in the bottom of my fridge?" if you mean inside, yeah, the drain hole is plugged. If you mean in the pan UNDER your fridge, it means you've got a LOT of condensation it's trying to get rid of, maybe an airseal leak. If it's condensation in crisper in bottom of refrigerator, that, too, can be caused by an airseal leak (letting warmer, humid air in the fridge).

The drain hole is plugged. Take the bottom drawers out of the fridge and you will see the drain hole. Use a small dia. wire and push it down the pipe to clear it. All fridges condensate that's normal.
somewhere in your fridge there is a place for water or condensation to drain, this line is probally frozen. Locate the drain line and try pouring hot water in it, or turn off your fridge for a while.
your freezer is trying to tell you it is time to defrost.
