It may possibly mean the degree of current cycling test and tensile strength test. I couldn't tell you a better answer without first seeing the items.
I am not sure of the 180 box, I do commercial construction for a living, and I do know what a 1900 box is. It is an electrical box about 4"X4"X1 1/4 deep. The corners are slightly rounded, and has 2 cover mounting screws set diagonally. This box will accept plaster rings, "J"box covers, or device covers. It is the most commonly used electrical device enclosure used today.
