My baxi boiler red lights save dropping right down. My heat switches on consequently straight final bad. Help?

Its a Baxi HE boiler, only 2 years mature. It has a flash of red lights which show different temps. As I said it keeps going down to one or 2 red lights instead of adjectives on and my heating clicks on later straight back past its sell-by date again. Does this sound similar to a boiler problem or a thermostat problem? I have have baxi engineers out and they say my boiler is fine and that they meditate the thermostat is not working problem, something to do near the radio link between it and the boiler. What do you presume?

Answers:    Boiler model would help, ie maxflow, duotec. But it is probably the battery in the transmitter.
thermostat problem...we have exactly the same issue.
