they managers at the trailer park said we has to move cause our trailer is too old?
Answers:
Depends on where you live and how long you have been in the trailer park. Ran into exactly the same situation and the manager said I had to move. Took it to the rental board and they said he couldn't kick me out as he approved the trailer when I first moved in and couldn't kick me out after 7 years, just cause he thought it was ugly. Mind you I did paint it and put a new roof on it.

You must be worshipped by millions.
No, they are like cars and become out dated.
Yes--a lot of places will do this--say after 10 years. It"s a big job really in getting a trailer moved and expensive. They do this to keep the trailer park updated--nothing too old. Now-- you might speak with the owner/manager for a exception on your trailer and work out a compromise-- perhaps you can gain more time before you do have to move--so you can look around for a new home-site more suited for your needs.Been there--done that--wish you smooth sailing.
It may have to do with him getting fire insurance for the park. In our state there is an ordinance on house trailers that (i think built before 198?) the wiring is below standard and may residents have lost their lives by fire because of the shoddy faulty wiring. He might be doing you a favor. Good luck to you.
