Sani flow in a ensuite bathroom?
Answers:
Oh I am so glad we didn't have one installed in our house as extra toilet.
I do not wish to play the devils advocate but you have a problem...probably a blockage due to rhus use of too much toilet paper. The small diameter sized pipe cannot cope with paper overload. Call out the plumber who will soon have it put to rights.
All the best and claim any works carried out on your building insurance.

Call Saniflo at 1•800•571•8191. Ask for technical assistance. they are more than willing to answer your questions and to help you solve a problem.
Happened to me twice. Had to reinstall. Cost a bloody fortune. You have my sympathy. Are your outlet pipes big enought... suggest you check them.
Sounds like the macerator is jammed. this is the chopper that reduces the waste to make it small enough to pump. Had one for 4 years and had no problems, you have to be aware what you put down the toilet. Ladies and their bits are worst offenders. Dont be tempted to put rubber gloves on and investigate around the S-bend without isolating the electric supply or you may lose a finger or two if it starts !!!
All people I know who have Sani flow systems have this problem and usualy abandon the thing as the prime toilet as they block very easily. Particular problems are cotton buds, sanity towls or even to much loo paper in one go.
Yes you have a blockage and it's not a nice job clearing it. Call any good plumer.
I had to clean one of these out once for a customer, I think the top cover comes off to get access to the macerator, I ended up covered in sh1t and the floor was flooded in spite of putting down old sheets and things. In my case the motor bearings were worn and the motor was sticking and couldn't turn. I would never recommend one or go near one again, and I suggest that you dont either, call Saniflo. However I know a lot of people that have them and if used properly, they do work. I just cant imagine how such a small pump can push so much crap along a 22mm pipe for 30 meters or whatever the spec. is now.
