I live contained by Thailand and I enjoy a problem next to stickiness within my kitchen wall . i would resembling sugestions .?

I believe the problem is called rising soaked. I do not have a cavity wall . My home is a town house and it be completed 15 months ago . Some sugestions as to treat this problem please


Answers:    Move to the sahara or contact your builderand complain.If the house is only 15 months ancient he should have some responsibility.
