ruud 14 seer 3.5 ton air conditioner,what pressure should you have on the low side when fully charged?

I was told 60 but is this right for a 3.5 ton

If the refrigerant is R-22, yes that is a good charge. The high side should be around 190-220 psi, on a normal hot weather day (80-90 degrees), also.
