How do you remove dried paint splots from tile. I had my nephew paint our restroom and didnt place plastic?

Goof off will remove dried latex wall pain with no damage to most tiles. Check a spot on an out of the way area before you do all the spots. The goof off will leave a oily slippery spot, so was the tile after you remove the paint. Goof off is avail from paint stores and hardware's

Have you tried Goo Gone . It is a citric acid product like lemon or oranges. It is also good on gum or crayon on the walls
depending on type of paint and tile...a ceramic tile can carefully be scraped with a razor blade. a stone tile like limestone can have paint loosened by a hairdryer or warm iron.
YOU HAVE TO SIT ON THE FLOOR WITH A FINE GRAIN OF SAND PAPER....OR USE A SMALL KNIFE AND PUSH DOWN AND LIFT THE BIG DRIPS...AND THEN FINE SAND THEM...WHEN DON E USE GLASS COOK TOP CLEANER AND BUFF IT ....HOPE ITS NOT ALOT.....
What kind of paint did he use? If it was a latex paint, it will soften up if you dampen it and let it set for a bit, especially if it hasn't been on there for a long time. Try wetting in with a sponge or spray bottle using just water, and after about 10 - 15 minutes carefully scrape the paint spots with a flexable metal blade. This works great on tile, since it is hard and non-porous, the paint sticks, but doesn't soak in.
laquer thinner would probably be easiest if its alot of area .... get a gallon of it at home depot just open all the windows first so the fumes dont give u a headache.
