find a source or book to train workers to level of journeyman as prescribed by any of the states in the US?

for carpentery , electrician , vantilation journeyman

Answers:
You can only learn so much from a book.
The rest comes from working sometimes several years to get a journeyman level. Most of the time you have to work as an apprentice under a journeyman for a period of time.

Have a nice day.
