Can a 6 volt solar panel power a 4 watt item?

watts/volts=amps
amps X volts = watts
So if your widgit uses 1 amp at 6 volts = 6 watts
Solar panel does not produce enough power.
I don't mess near solar enough to know going on for voltage the panels produce but the formula works for any voltage.
Usually these panel are rated by watts.

However 4 watts is a incredibly small amount of power. Less then most street lamp bulbs.
