What is the average monthly kilowatt consumption for a 4500 sq. ft. trial house within Houston,Texas ??
Answers: We have a 4000 square foot house within East Texas which has a similar climate to Houston (we use to live contained by Houston so I know.) and only something like 3000 square feet of it is heated and nouns conditioned most of the year. The up stairs is only for guests.
The house is adjectives electric with a boil pump.
We averaged about 2500 KW for the second 12 months. The max was 4200 contained by November of last year.
With that info, I would guess a 4500 square foot house contained by Houston would average 3750 kw if all electric. If it is merely for AC then the number would probably be closer to an average of 2300 KW
that would depend on your liveliness usage
if you leave adjectives the lights on with the computer T.V. stereo playstation etc on it will travel up
also depends on the grill is it gas is it electric
house that size would be likely to enjoy a pool more power to heat it
garage or out buildings tag on on a few more bucks
....best way to find out phone the electric company and ask about the houses history according to the previous bills
too much!
