Fridge wall near door seal leaking black oily substance, can anyone tell me what it is & how to fix it -thanks

An oily substance seems to leak from a small join at the front of the fridge wall where the door seal closes. It's definately not mold, has no smell, is extremely sticky & hard to clean off. It's only leaked twice so far, the first time I noticed it, it covered a two inch distance perhaps a few milimeters wide and was fairly cohesive; it doesn't appear to run freely like water; Today I noticed it was re-appearing, so am curious if anyone could give me an idea on what it is. I would appreaciate any constructive input.

Answers:
It is most likely from the adhesive. Fridges usually have black rubber parts which would explain why it looks like it is black oil. But check that your fridge isn't overheating and that the extractor, etc. is functioning correctly.

Other answers:
Could be some adhesive running when the internal defroster kicks-in... Or you fridge is possessed by a demon!
