Yikes! I hold had this problem back, too. I would recommend replacing the whole sink. For hearth rug material things, you can receive rid of the smell, but for this, trust me, just replace the sink.

Kill the cat
baking soda and glades :)
When I worked within a veterinary clinic about 6 years ago, one of the products that we sold be Odor-Out. You'll look at it and think twice because it's a green goo you rub into your hearth rug and let dry. Once it's dry you use a steam cleaner or mat shampooing unit to achieve the goo out (the green tint won't stain, but let's you see if you've got it adjectives out.) If you want to check the area after you've cleaned it to be sure that adjectives of the cat pee is gone, you can use a blacklight to check for green, or yellow spots. Those are the cat pee. Generally, if you can't see it (with a blacklight), you won't seize any smell from it. From one of the cleaners that came into our clinic seriously, I learned that runner padding make all the difference surrounded by the world when removing animal stains. Unpadded carpet can usually be "fixed" contained by one or two cleanings, where as pad carpets require anywhere from 5-10 cleanings (normally) to be rid of animal stains.
