okay in my car i have the compas in it and for the last three weeks it says i need to calebrate it. in the manual it says to try and calebrate it i should go to an open ares and go in about 5 circles and that should do it. ive tried and still nothing. what should i do? is something wrong?

On boats sometiomes the Magnetic Compasses fall out of cali becuase of Electrical Wires or Fields. The 5 circles needs to be done in like an open field, or a paking lot in a rather remote area. The further away from Electronic Fields that you are to calibrate the better, but it is just going to get out of true once you near another Strong Electromagenetic Field.
