What do you think?
Answers:
Honda engines are usually very reliable. I think I would flush the fuel system, make sure the spark plug is in good shape and make certain you are, in fact, getting a spark, then try a shot of starting fluid.
In case you don't know, a spark plug must be grounded to work. Remove the spark plug and reinsert it into the spark plug wire, now lay it on the engine block and pull the cord through a start cycle. An electrical spark should be visible. You may want to do this test in a very shady spot. I usually turn off the lights in the shop if I'm testing an ignition system. It just make the spark easier to see.
Good luck.

The spark plug would be one place to check. You might check for dirt or water in the fuel system, and see that the air cleaner is clean. You need fuel, air and a spark to make it run.
bad gas in the tank or the spark plugs could be going out
