Residential radiators?
we enjoy had radiator issues so much so that 911 have to be called one dark. we had no concept what was going on.
the query is when i turn the radiators "open" steam is still coming out of a nozzle looking piece at the top of the radiator. now i own noticed taht none of my friends radiators enjoy this nozzle. nor are their radiators nearly as loud as ours. wahts going on? is it shotty installation? why cant i turn them on without the apartment satisfying up with a steamy fog? and how come they are so loud that its intolerable?
