Answers: Yes. Put partly a brick in the cistern, and you will use that much smaller quantity water.
Put a brick inside the wet tank. It will engineer it so there is not as much hose down in the reservoir each time you flush. If you want you can put two bricks contained by the tank, if the toilet bowl does not flush verbs put a smaller brick in the container.
Rather than put a brick in, you should imbue some empty plastic sea or fizzy drink bottles with hose down, put the caps pay for on and arrange these carefully inside the hose down cistern.
What I have suggested and, it works is to thieve a coffee can, a two point six pound coffee can and fill it next to cement and put it in the toilet container. It will be equal to a .6 gallon tank. try it out though and label sure it flushes right.

Why would you want to do that? I hold seen lots problems with the 1.6 gallon flush commodes, especially if you hold a longer sewer line.
