Contact your local appliance repair people and have them check for burned out points in your machines timer,most of the time they can repair them as good as new at little cost ($20-$30)compared to buying another washer.I am a former repair guy.
Check the door switch. If it doesn't lock the door (usually has lock light on panel) it won't spin.
