How do i win ride of a gooey crust of limescale from the bottom of my toilet????

i just moved into a latest flat and there is a sticky crust of lime scale, iv tried adjectives different kinds of bleach to no avail, iv asked my manager and he says it is my problem to take rid of it. Does anyone have any philosophy


Answers:    If all else fail, use a pumice stone. Drain the pan and it scrub away easily, near minimum effort. Oh, you may want to use gloves on this one, mate.

Harpic toilet cleaner extra strength will do the trick.

May transport three or four doses if it is really bad.
