The motor is frooze up. Easy thing to do is replace it. Costly but easiest solution.

Sounds to me like it's clogged.
Sounds to me like it's clogged.
I like you avatar maybe check that its not tied up
Clean the filter and check the lines for clogs. Have a pool company come out and flush your lines too.
I am sorry ... did you say something? I was looking at your boob.
that hum means your getting power so that is ruled out your pump motor is probably froze up try oiling and cleaning it out if that doesnt work then you need a new pump motor
When my pool pump did this, the impeller broke. Therefore the water wasn't circulating, but the pump was still running. If you are technically inclined, you can open up the moter and take it apart to check it out. However, I recommend turning it off at the circuit mains before you touch it! If it is the impeller (black looking circular disk with a hole in the center) you can buy a new one and replace it yourself to save some money.
Worst case, call an expert.
Your Pool pump is probably clogged try to get a mechanic to filter it out and check the pipes
a line is cloged or the pump is just shot. Posiable air bubble too!
it's humming cause it want's you to put some clothes on...

(i'm kidding!) I had to go there, sorry ;)
it hums because it forgot the words
I would first check the seal around the pump to see that it is tight so that you are not losing the prime. Replace the large O ring inside and fill the pipe with water and restart. That should do it.
Or possibly the motor needs to be rewound but I doubt that.

Cost is about $125.00. Turn off the electric to the pump. Unhook the pump only and the electrical connections, and bring it in to a special pump repair place.
um....i'm sorry i was distracted by your avatar and your use of the word "Hum", what was the question again??
sounds like your motor seized up
I'll come over and check it out. (My friend is a pool guy and says it's probably sucking air. Means a leak has developed in the low pressure side of your piping, before the pump in the pipes.)
Pump is locked up. Replace it.
ours does that too,and ours was the simplest thing, our filter needed to be changed
