There has to be moisture somewhere making the mold come back you can try to use bleach but i would cut through the walls where maybe they were wet and let it dry and spray bleach back behind them to kill the mold

stop the moisture that is enableing the mold to grow,,,,without doing that everything else will be wasted energy,,,,
Use a strong mold and mildew cleaner on the walls then get a dehumidifier and run it where the problem persists. This will take excess moisture out of the air so mold can't grow.
mold is caused be moisture and lack of ventilation....it usually occors around the bathrooms or kitchen area....i suggest a bathroom vent over the tub to draw out the steam/humidity when showering and a range hood over the stove. Both of these need to be vented to the outside. Another thing to think about is just opening a window and letting in some fresh air and sunlight.....as far as just removing the mold bleach works the best
Use strong mold cleaners. You can usually purchase at hardware stores. But be careful, because bleach isn't strong enought to kill the mold, it tends to only wash it away. My dads house flooded, he used this stuff called Joe Maxx. It stinks, but it does the job, spray down the wall SEVERAL times, and let it soak for a while.
