My oven/stove is leak some brown juice out the bottom onto the floor. What is that???
Answers: is this an electric or gas stove? sounds like theirs a trickle with rusty sides and when you tried to verbs the water & rust turns brown. ask somebody on the local f.d to check it out for you esp. if its a gas stove. beforehand your house & the " hood" goes kaboom.!!!!

Grease
You just own to clean thoroughly your oven, after you put it apart. The brown soft is mostly made up of old grease and burned stuffs from previous cooking.
this is condensation carrying grease and gunk ,verbs the oven.make sure the stove chimney is not obstructed .also lift up the range top and verbs it.the chimneyis a tube from the oven that exits under one of the reverse stove eyes
Sounds like you obligation to clean the bottom of your oven.I consider its oil.My cooker does this mostly because I don't put foil over the top when cooking roasts.Good luck ;)
