You haven't mentioned if there are a few or hundreds, but if it's just a few, roll down your windows and just ride down the road at the highest SAFE speed that you can...the wind blows the little boogers right out of the car! And try a mild bug repellant on your ankles for a day or so, until you know for sure they are out of the floorboard! Good luck!
What do you mean; the occasional mosquito, or hundreds of them? For the occasional one open the windows as you drive along. For an infestation, you must have standing water somewhere in the car or nearby to where you park.

1. Eliminate any source of standing water.
2. Use appropriate insecticides outside and inside your
car. A fogger might stain your interior I don't know
Get in the car and drive with all the windows open , and in the evening before going to Bed just spray hell out of the car with strong insecticide , then clap for yor self the next day , you find zero mosquito in the car except your car is having several escape route under which you should fix in time , befor next doing this advise
The question is: Why do you have mosquitoes in your car?
Find the source and then you can do something about it.
