Can the plastic cover of the control panel on a stove can be replaced?

i have a black kenmore stove and my dumb self sprayed easy-off on the plastic cover of the control panel and when i go to clean it, along beside the grease that came sour, so did the color!!! now it is a faded black instead of a smooth black. nothing happen to the control panel, thank God. i wanted to presently if i can order that element and just replace it, instead of have to look at my 5-month old stove, approaching its 10 YEARS old. please assist!! if it can be replaced, i don't know were to start looking for the replacement.


Answers:    Remove the knob and mask bad the areas you don,t want painted. Then buy some high interpret black appliance spray paint. It will look like topical. Of course you will have to prepare the nouns to be painted properly first. Lightly sand it with fine steel wool. I deliberate you will be surprised how good it looks. Most hardware put on the market appliance paint. If you must replace it go to sear and order another one . Kenmore is sold at sear.

You should still have the warranty/instruction book that come with it. It will enjoy a number or address to get this sort of thing. If you don't enjoy it.. or are like me and can't find it, call for your local Sears and they should have Kenmore contact info for you. Good Luck. :o)
