I am based in K.C. and I figure my demo cost by the sq. ft. Since the structure around it is already removed my prices would be 5.00 a sq.ft. plus disposal cost and license fees (if required). When you do hire a contractor be sure to check for water and gas line schematics,these are registered with you codes office or the builder/architect.ALWAYS hire a licensed and insured contractor!
