Second, go outside to the condenser and look at the coils within the condenser. If you can see that they are clogged with grass or other driftwood then you will stipulation someone to wash it out. Turn the power rotten to the condenser (flip the breaker to the off position), thieve out the screws holding the top down, move up the top off (someone will enjoy to hold the top while you are cleaning), get a hose and clear up the coils from the inside of the condenser.
