Does any one know where on earth I can find White cement or mortor?
Answers: Is depends on your application. You should know how to find white mortar it is typically used for installing glass bock. If you truly inevitability white concrete that will be walked or driven on later you will have to purchase a white dye. I would check near a brick company for the dye. If you can't find it at Home Depot, Lowe's or Menards, you can buy white masonry paint.
