How long do we enjoy to own no hot hose and heat?
Our heat has be on the blink since Wednesday with no hot wet either. My wife is pregnant and is due to deliver within a month, and my two year old daughter have a chest infection which started yesterday, and with no heat, has get worse today. They did make repairs on Thursday, but the repairs spoilt and the person on Friday made repairs that last till after five!
We rent through a lettings agency and they have contacted the manager for permission to create repairs and order unknown parts. But how long do they have? We are freezing!

It is totally unacceptable, your daughter is below par and it is your HUMAN RIGHTS to have the most unsophisticated of standards and that includes being kept thaw out and being competent to keep your clan safe and one able to shower. We did enjoy to pay the lb289 on card b4 the plumber started the work but he wrote out a full report and they see this alot. He assured us that they doint approaching it when landlords dont reimburse tenants and if we have any probs let them know and they would put the squeeze on to attain our money back. If you are within this position at least it get you over a hurdle and reclaim it back or newly knock it off their rent subsequent month. Then look for something else. These days with technology it shouldn't situation if Landlord lives in Oz an email/text should enjoy answer in hours at most. Some agents own a Mates Rates nod & wink first option so conceivably he's waiting for a mate to have a free sunshine to come do it for you !! You'll never know that one but getting the heating done very soon is your priority and knock the mobney off rent but achieve a receipt and hold on to tghe original do not foot over - hand over the copy but hold original for your own history. (Congratulations) Get your Health Visitor on side. You can other ring another letting agent and see if they will offer some friendly guidance - free as to your actual rights. After all they know adjectives the rules about this dont they. email if I can be of further use. Can u stay near family for w/e ?
