I have cartridges with 3 tabs and center post. The older range has cartridges that use four tabs and center post.
The newer cooktop cartridges fit but not all the elements are heating properly.

You need an adapter. Try contacting JennAir to see whether their parts department sells them. If you have an electrical supply house in your area ask if they have an adapter. You may find it easier to obtain the plug fitting that the cartridge fits into and installing that into the range and rewiring it in. I think we found the plug fitting at Dow Electronics.
