The electricity in my house have started cutting out for no adjectives reason (like contained by the middle of night), and I have to reset the switch on the fuse box. How does this work - is it on a timer? Sometimes I own to wait ages up to that time I can flip the switch upwards to get the electricity put a bet on on, even though I have unplugged every device surrounded by the house. Other times, it doesn't seem to necessitate so long. Do I actually want to unplug every device before it will budge back on, or do I merely have to continue? How can I find out what's causing it?
Thats a great deal of questions I know, but if someone can explain what truly happens when the electricity cuts out I'd be grateful cos it's driving me nuts.
Thanks
Answers: Call an electrician and find out why it is tripping. It won't fix itself. It will find worse and could start a fire. Do a search for arc flash and see if you want to freshly keep resetting it.
If you are unplugging everything consequently the problem should be isolated and the trip can be reset. If this is not the case,i suggest you christen an electrician. I had an electric cooker once which have a worn hob element, that other tripped the switch even if it wasn't turned on....
