How do I uninstal Emerson 202 Garbage disposal?

Need to remove garbage disposal but do not know how.

unplug the disposer .then unplug the drain it should slip off at the very bottom of the sink(underneath)their is a retainer at this point that has to be unscrewed remember righty tighty lefty loosey.
