Answers: The blower is set to kick on once the warmth in your furnace achieve a set temperature. The furnace will blow until the burners turn sour, and the temperature go below the set point. Obviously, if residual temperature brings the heat back up to the admirer setting, it will turn the fan spinal column on again.
It really isn't hurting anything, but if you want to correct it, have a serviceman set the on heat for your fan for a moment higher.
You enjoy a dirty flame sensor. You can clean it stale with a fastener file.
The flame sensor is the small stick that certainly sticks into the fire. The purpose is for it to tell whether or not in attendance is a flame so that you don't have propane/gas going in need a flame there. Obviously, if your house bursting with gas and something provided a spark, your house would burn down.
What happen is that the flame sensor gets dirty next to carbon all over it and can't sense the flame. The furnace afterwards goes into lockout mode next to just the blower to blow out the gas that it think is present.
Simply turn off the furnace, GENTLY report off the sensor beside a fine file - not too gritty - and turn it stern on. Better yet, unplug the little sensor, unscrew it, and verbs it with both hand while it is out. Put it back contained by, plug it back contained by, and turn the furnace back on.
Two possibilities here.
One is this : If the high-ranking limit switch is activate, too hot a furnace, the blower will run in failure to pay. I dont think this is the problem.
number 2, Problem beside the master control as that blower is set to run after a preset time after burner ignition. That is how that works on the newer furnaces. its a timer in the master panel that starts the blower and stops it.
You can swing that time by changing a settings on the master panel. I dont know exactly how its done on your furnace but an adjust here might cause the problem go away.
Either agency, unless you are a tech, you are stuck here because this involves changing the master panel or resetting the time to initiate the blower from ignintion.
Look on the backside of the furnace blower door at the schematic on there it might inform you on there how to set that time after ignintion for the blower to start.
