This is a pretty vague description of the problem:
Confirm thermostat settings. Make sure no breakers or fuses have popped. Check to see if the fan will turn on at all (i.e. turn on heat for a minute).
If the thermostat seems to be working and the breakers are fine, then you probably have some control circuit problem or a short circuit in the compressor unit. At that point, you'll probably need to call in a tech.
Lower the Thermostat setting- Check the Breaker,
