Do you own to supply a restroom facility on a construction site?

I had a fire at my house it was a total loss, along beside our detached garage. My question is, my contractor had a port-a-john on site up until final week and now it is gone. Is there a statute or rule that states that a restroom facility be provided to workers at the site? I don't even want to think where they may be going since here are no services on site.

Answers:    I believe having a restroom or port-o-potty is necessary as cog of a law that requires employers to supply their employees adequate working conditions. Having a place to relieve themselves is one of them.
I'm surrounded by California and I must have a port-a-john on my work site. You may wish to nickname the company that supplied the port-a-john to learn if it was removed for defaulting. Contractors are famous for not paying debts. You haven't paid for the integral project yet? I think in that must be, at least in UK, as I am other seeing these things on construction sites. I think the person who said your contractor have not paid for it is probably right. Ask him about it.
