Would you rather live in the country or would you rather live in the city? Why?

Personally, I would rather live in the country because on the privacy. And the down home atmosphere, I was raised in the country, then my parents moved us into a city/town area, and I just can't get over how life was like in the country. From how it is in the city now.

Answers:
I grew up in a small town with vineyards and orchards and farms that was only 35 miles from San Francisco I was so blessed to have a horse and go riding all over the rolling green hills. But be close enough to S.F. to go to the planetarium, the art museum, go to live theater and enjoy all the restaurants and culture of the city and yet live in the country-small town.

country- more privacy & you can have a lot of pets if you chose to, or have many get togethers & you don't have to worry about it getting to loud b/c of neighbors

country is definitely better, the only good thing about the city is cable, the city takes your trash, and everything is so close and you can actually order pizza and have it delivered. plus stores are usually only a few minutes from your house.
country is more peaceful and feels more like home.
i love the country...and would love to live there...but i like the city cause a) i like shopping b) everything is close by c) you don't have to worry about garbage, recycling or anything of that sort d) less people get lost trying to get to a house in the city (people get lost without all the big buildings around)
Country, because I like to walk a lot and there is a great view where ever you look. Street lights and noise may be great for some but not for me.
Country-more privacy, room for kids to play, room for pets
