House can I breed my small gas furnace fry better? Or bring in my house more liveliness modernized?

I live in a smaller two bedroom apartment, and the with the sole purpose source of heat is from a small gas furnace surrounded by the livingroom. We are having a newborn in August and will be living here for the winter once they are born. Its really not markedly warm within other rooms in the apartment, such as the baby's room.

What can I do to any make the apartment more spirit efficient such as putting plastic on the window? Which are single glass, and we do not own the place so we will not be replacing them.

Anything else?

Also if adjectives else fails what is a past the worst cost efficient and verve efficient space radiator?


Answers:    Any electric heater would be one and the same in how well-run it is. The safest kind of eclectic heaters are the ones chock-a-block with grease.
Any cracks in the house should be chock-a-block in. Air infiltration is your biggest warmness loss. So caulk any holes in the window etc.
