try some clothes, or any other fashion accessories. Milan is famous with it´s fashion. if your parents are not interested in fashion, try something connected to soccer, Inter an AC Milan are great soccer teams. or try bringing some traditional Italian costume or anything that would remind you of the place, and meant a lot for you as your parents do. : )
