Are two full sized bed pushed together equal to the size of a king sized bed?
We have rented a time off cabin, which contains two full sized bed. My significant other and I have talk about pushing them together to put together one big bed so we can sleep more comfortably together. Since we have to supply our own linens for the stay at the leave cabin, I required to see if I could push the full sized beds together and use my king sized sheets from home to formulate the beds. I thought that the king sized sheets would hold the bed together, and it would also keep me from have to purchase two sets of full sized sheets as we do not own a full sized bed.
Answers: No. They would be wider than a king size bed. A double, (full size) bed is 54" wide and a king size bed is 76" far-reaching. They are also different in length, a double is 75" long and a king is 80" long. Although you can embezzle your king size flat sheets and just use them to cover the bed, instead of fitted, they can be tucked surrounded by depending on what size the thickness if of the mattress at the cottage. King size sheets are normally 108" all-embracing, but some mfg.s, make them 102". So purely take a couple of the flat sheets to use instead of the fitted ones.
Yes...they are duplicate size as a king bed. I don't think your sheet will hold the mattresses together though...I've used nylon straps contained by the past and it worked great...enjoy fun!!

No. I replaced my waterbed mattress next to an air mattress and Coleman sell Kingsize mattress as 2 twin size mattresses. They are also shorter than a King.
a king size mattress measures 76 by 80. full size measures 52 by 74.
