Ok so here is the problem. I recently transplanted my jade plant from its small productive containter to a big pot and filled it beside soil and all that. However, it have not grown at all, and I be actually contained by the process of removing a dead branch when the whole item just lift up. None of the roots have moved! How do I win the roots to start spreading out faster, right now they are basically in the cramped imaginative position of the original pot.
Thanks.
Answers:
spread the roots out sympathetically before repotting. dampen well as you are putting the clean soil around the roots. press the new soil around delicately but firmly.
you might add some fertilizer close to miracle grow to the water. not too much, as it might burn the roots.
pious luck!
