What is a good brand for a bottom-freezer refridgerator?

I need a new refridegerator, and i would like a french style bottom-freezer fridge, but i am having a hard time picking! Can any one give any suggestions?

We have an excellent LG one, but not sure if it is available in US (we are in Australia) - its the GR-F258TS and has the french doors and the bottom drawer freezer.. check it out at maltesers ice creams- anybody else think they look like a sex gadget ?
