How do you get rid of or kill greenfly?e?

I have tried washing up liquid but it didn't work, Please help

I am in Australia and I am unsure of what greenfly is ... but if its like the bug we call aphid then a product called Confidor will help.
Ask your local nursery if they have something similar. It is systemic which means it goes into the plant and when the bug eats the plant it dies.
Also pyethrum (sorry about the spelling) made of chrysanthemums is a natural insecticide. your nursery will have that too.
