FLIES in the HOUSE!?

If you have a chimney, open fireplace, flue, stove pipe, or open vent they are probably coming in that way. My parents have this problem as did I when I lived in my former house. You may be able to close the flue and that will prevent some of them. There is no such thing as a fly nest but when the weather gets cooler they love to get in where it is warm and will crawl in any small space they can find. Hope you can figure it out, best wishes!

maybe their is a dead animal near like a rabbit.

Flies do not have 'nests'.
You more than likely have some sort of dead animal in your attic/basement/walls. Most likely a rat/mouse/squirrel.
There is not a helluva lot you can do. Spray/swat the flies and check the outside of your house for any open access areas where critters might be able to get in....if you find any...SEAL THEM!!
sounds like a open window or bad screen there probable coming in to get out of the heat, try putting peppermint around the house in Potts keep it water it looks great smells good to us and repeals flies
