How do you......? I'm assuming you're asking how do you get rid of them? I do this once a year to my mattresses because I have bad allergies in late summer.
Strip your bed down, wash your sheets, preferably with bleach, I hope you got very light colored sheets. Next, spray both sides of your mattress lightly with Raid, etc... Let it dry out for a couple hours, then spray it down with Lysol, both sides. After your sheets are done, spray a light coat of Lysol on each layer of sheets you put down. So far this has worked for me.
