How do you get rid of a groundhog that's ruining your garden?

We have a beautiful country home and garden. However, we have groundhogs that have started to devour our more leafy vegetation. We have tried traps, poison, "dummy dolls", a stereo that plays music day and night, and now we are leaving the dog tied out on the lawn. Suggestions ???

Answers:
Use an AK-47 and blow them away...just kidding. Buy some venomless snakes and set them loose on your garden. The garden will be fine and the groundhogs will be gone.

Other answers:
just get yourself 4 or 5 snakes

They have these little ground spikes that send EMP pulses into the ground that drive the critters away. They are at your local hardware store.
If you live in the country you can shoot them. If shooting them is not an option you can set out poison such as anitfreeze in a bowl (just keep your dog away from it). Some people use electric fencing, some use pesticides, some hunt.
