Really depends on what exactly the problem is. If they are very loud you should first try talking to them. If you have a bad relationship with them that you dont mind worsening next step is calling the police.
If the problem is though that your walls are too thin then you could try acoustic insulation. If it is a rented space you are living in you might even be able to get your landlord to isntall it for you if you play your hand right.
Acoustic insulation might be as thin as 1 or 2 inches (maybe 50mm) Adding it to the wall in question will help though of course not solve all your problems. I'll add links in the sources to one company just to get you started.
hire someone to sound proof your house. its worth it. my mom and my neighbors always got pissed of at me and my band because the music was always going night and day. but then our bassist sound proofed the garage and now no one bothers us anymore. which is good because i had a gun collector on my street at the time and he was a little out of it.
