My electric bill is too large, what can I do?

I live in a small house (about 1100 sq foot, and that being generous), hold 2yr old warmness pump, gas water oven, double pained windows (less than 2yrs old) and have new insulation added to the attic. 2 adults live contained by house and we used to leave bake temp at 70. average winter temps in our nouns range from 20 (lows) to 50(highs). own no diswasher, use dryer less than 4 times a week (dryer and washer smaller amount than year old), replaced all lights w/ sparkle efficient bulbs roughly 3 months ago. I have floor registers w/ steam pump and I change filter every 15 days (have an indoor dog, they get dirty easily).

concluding month utility bill was $259 (nov-dec), this month (dec-jan) be $380. in one month the amount increased drastically. IMO $260 be more than it should be, as I lived in my previous house smaller amount than 2 miles away had a 10 yr frail heat pump and a right 600+sq feet more to boil, it was never this glorious. Ineed tips on how to decrease this or what I can do to enjoy this checked for accuracy. Thank
