Should I run my air conditioning fan continuously?
Answers:
Yes, because it will circulate the air around & keep the house cool. Stagnant air heats up faster.
P.S. the fan itself doesn't use NEAR as much electricity as the air conditioner itself, so it doesn't cool the air, but it can maintain a steady temperature for a long period of time, however, if your condenser is still cool, the fan still blows over the cool condenser, & the A\C vents blow cool air.

If you want a BIG *** electric bill sure. If you wanna save some money, invest in some fans for your house, even if you use the newer tower style of fans, circulating the air will keep your house cool, and also keep your energy bill down.
If you are very hot, and worried about heat stroke---yes.
If it is just muggy then for a little while.
You should consider the light bill as well.
no only when u need it. Its a waste of electricity
Running the air conditioner fan on continuous yeilds a constant air turbulence and movement throughout the area. This in turn provides a more uniform temperature throughout the area and a more accurate control at the thermostat. It does however, use much more electricity and depending on your area, may not make a difference that you can detect.
