I threw away the old bulb minus thinking, and put in a regular 55W bulb. Now the touch function no longer works. The kerosene lamp says it take A type bulb up to 60W.. and the bulb in nearby now fits the description. It's a moment or two table lamp and immediately I can only turn it on by plugging it within. Help!
Answers: The bulb shouldn't make a difference. The touch sensor might hold gone bad.
