Are toiletries and household items mostly cheaper at Kroger's, target, walgreen's, or cvs?
Toiletries=shampoo, conditioner, etc...
Household items=detergent, paper towels, cleaning products....

Answers: The drastically cheapest is a Dollar Store; next cheapest is to view for Walgreens Sat/Sun ads contained by the paper.
Target. Wal-mart is probably the best tho.
Out of those choices I would own to rank within this order from lowest to utmost....
Kroger's
Walgreens
Target
CVS
then wal mart anyone the best but too far to drive...
well kroger can hold some good sale if you have a plus card.....
And are pretty defensible on toiletries anyway so is target though so target and kroger not to much of a difference but I would not go to walgreens or cvs they might be a bit better.
